Questions about the calculators, a correction in a guide, or a note about the site — send it here. We cannot quote a live soil delivery for your street.
We read every message. There is no phone line and no chat widget. If you write about a number on the screen, include the page URL, the shape, the dimensions, the depth, and whether waste was on. That is enough to reproduce the result.
What we can help with
Formula disagreements, a pallet size that should be a site default, a broken link, a typo in a worked example, or a privacy question. If a guide and the calculator disagree, the calculator wins until we patch the guide.
What we cannot do
We cannot price a dump truck to your driveway, certify a soil test, design a retaining wall, or tell you which farm has sod this week. For those jobs, call a local supplier with the yard or pallet count from the tools. The about page explains that we do not sell materials.
